Eggless waffles cater to those who do have allergies to eggs and to those who do not like to have eggs, and not the least, to those who have high cholesterol……..
It is perfect to have as a quick breakfast.

Ingredients
- All purpose flour 1 Cup
- Butter (melted) 4 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Butter milk 1 Cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Vanilla extract 3/4 tsp
- Salt 1/3 tsp
- Blueberries 1 -2 tbsp (optional)
Preparation
In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients together and set aside. Combine together wet ingredients and whisk well. (in low setting if using processor). Add in dry ingredients and combine well without lumps.
Preheat the waffle iron. Grease with cooking spray. Pour the batter just enough according to the size of your waffle iron and cook golden brown adhering to the cooking instructions. Serve hot, with desired toppings.
If going for blueberries fold** in the desired blueberries to the batter and pour into the waffle iron. The berries will be cooked and it bleeds into the waffles. Though it makes little hard to clean your waffle iron it is delicious.


**Do not beat or whisk the batter after adding berries.
